How Do I book The space?

Can I have my ceremony here, too? Is there an additional cost

Since we believe in giving our couples our undivided attention the day of, each of our packages are for the entire day. 

HOWEVER, we do make exceptions and will open up weekends 2-3 months prior to the actual date to rent by the hour with an 8 hour minimum, if the date is open. Elopement anyone?

What's the payment plan for the entire bill? What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Hugs but unfortunately not for payment! We do however accepts payments in the form of cash, check, money order or all major credit cards. 50% down during time of payment, and the remaining is due 30 days before your event!

Are there changing areas for the bride, groom, and/or wedding party?

We do have a bridal suite available.

How much time is allocated for the rehearsal?

What's the cancellation policy?

A refundable Damage Deposit of $500 or Authorized Credit Card Form is required for all events and due upon the signing of this Agreement. A Damage Deposit check will be refunded within (2) weeks after the event has been held once property has been inspected for any potential damage from the event. If there is cause to retain Damage Deposit, such amount will to charge to an authorized credit card on file. Should damages exceed the Damage Deposit, client agrees such excess amounts shall be the Client’s responsibility and shall be payable to The Service Provider upon Client’s receipt of written notice of such excess, not to exceed (30) days following the Event Date.

Do you have an in-house caterer or a list of "preferred" caterers, or do I need to provide my own? Even if there is an in-house caterer, do I have the option of using an outside caterer instead?

We have an open catering vendor policy and you are welcome to bring in a caterer of your choice (caterer must have insurance). Let us help you get creative… food trucks anyone?!?

If I hire my own caterer, is there a kitchen available for them?

We do not have a kitchen on site! We do have a room that is dedicated to our caterers however with ample plug ins and countertop space! We also are right across from Square one Kitchen- How awesome is that right!! Square One Kitchen is a full commercial Kitchen that is available to Rent. Is there a food & beverage minimum?

Are you licensed to provide alcohol service?

You are welcome to bring in your own alcohol for events AS LONG AS you have a certified TABC bartender to serve + a security officer.
*MUST HAVE TABC CERTIFICATE ON-SITE

Are we allowed to bring in our own decorations?

Do you have an inventory of décor (lighting, candle holders, vases, etc.) we can borrow from?

Can I hire my own vendors or is there a preferred vendor list we need to stick to?

Can the venue accommodate a DJ or live band?

What time can my vendors start setting up on the day of the wedding?

The best part about the space… you get to make it totally your own! Depending on what package you select (view our packages HERE), you are welcome to arrive to decorate when your time begins. 

Do you have a sound system and/or microphones for speeches?

Is there parking on site and if so, is it complimentary? If not, where will my guests park?

We do have a Gravel parking adjacent to the Building. With street parking also available for you and your guests!

Is the site handicap accessible?

Yes!

Do you Have a smoking policy?

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the facility. This includes E-Cigarettes and Vaporizers. Smoking (Cigarettes, Cigars, E-Cigarettes + Vaporizers) is permitted outdoors ONLY in designated smoking areas.
